There is no minimum order value at Tanners; you are welcome to purchase a single bottle. However, we offer free standard delivery on orders over a certain threshold, typically £150, to the UK mainland.

How do you ensure the wine is not damaged during transit?

We use specially designed, reinforced eco-friendly packaging to ensure your bottles reach you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of a breakage, please contact our customer service team immediately for a replacement or refund.

What is your policy on 'corked' or faulty wine?

We pride ourselves on the quality of our selection. If you believe a wine is faulty or corked, please retain the bottle and its contents and contact us within 30 days. We will gladly arrange a credit or a replacement bottle.
