  Carefully repackage the wine in its original transit packaging or an equivalent protective box to ensure safe arrival.

  Collection or Drop-off

  We will arrange a courier collection from your address or provide instructions for returning the items to one of our local cellars.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the returned stock, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
